Winner of Kata Events will be awarded the next higher grade at no extra cost (up to 3rd Kyu Blue Belt) provided they also participate in the Kumite event.

Cost is $30 for unlimited events, Karate Australia Membership must be current.

N.B. Mouthguards and Mitts are compulsory in all sparring events

Novices It will provide the opportunity to encourage those less experienced develop the skills need to be successful in both kata and kumite.
